Daniel Rudolf studied Chemistry at Heidelberg University and completed his PhD at the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry with a dissertation on guanidinate-stabilized gallium hydrides. He is also a certified Data Scientist with a specialization in data management (Fraunhofer FIT). His interests include developments in scholarly publishing, bibliometrics, and the digitalization of research.
At the service center, he is responsible for financial data (analysis and controlling), oversees publication services, conducts cross-disciplinary training, and provides consulting, particularly in the natural and life sciences.

Ariane Larrat studied German Studies, French, and Literary and Cultural Studies in Tübingen and Rennes and completed the Master's program in Library and Information Science (MALIS) at TH Köln. Her particular interest lies in promoting scholar-led Open Access "from academia for academia."
As coordinator of the service center and responsible for key Open Access topics, she oversees strategy, publication funds, transformative agreements, and monitoring, and contributes to Open Access committees.

Maria Safenreiter studied Fine Arts at Bauhaus University Weimar as well as French and Educational Sciences at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, where she also completed her PhD in French literary studies. After completing a library traineeship in Lower Saxony and a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, she worked as a subject librarian for the humanities at ULB Sachsen-Anhalt. Her particular interest in Open Access lies in advancing the transformation in text-based, print-oriented humanities and in exploring openness as a perspective for developing an Open Access culture at universities.
At the service center, she is responsible for networking and liaison work with humanities faculties, communication and visibility, training and consulting, as well as publication services and event management.
